Shipping Policy
The Energy Allies – SRT ® Technology

Orders ship within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking information will be emailed to the address used at checkout once your order ships. Please note, a signature is required for delivery of the NRG Optimizer and NRG Ally.

Shipping Methods
We typically ship via:

• USPS Priority Mail (Signature Required)
• UPS (Signature Required) – commonly used for international orders
• Due to the value of our products and increased package theft, signature confirmation is required for all deliveries.
  
  International Orders
  Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges required by their country.
  
  Delivery Responsibility
  Once a package is marked delivered and signed for by the carrier, The Energy Allies is no longer responsible for the shipment. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
