Sympathetic Resonance Technology (SRT)
When introducing a new kind of technology, thoughtful questions are natural. Below are clear answers to the most common questions about the NRG Optimizer® and NRG Ally™.

What is SRT — and how can I explain it simply?
What is SRT — and how can I explain it simply?
Your body is not a single frequency.
It is a living system of rhythms — heart, brain, and cells — all changing throughout the day.
You are not a tuning fork.
You are more like an orchestra.
When stress builds — emotional, physical, environmental — those rhythms can drift out of sync.
Sympathetic Resonance Technology® works like a steady metronome placed near an orchestra that has lost its timing.
The metronome doesn’t force a note.
It provides stability.
Each instrument adjusts itself.
In the same way, SRT® introduces a steady, organized signal.
Your body responds by reorganizing and rebalancing itself.
It does not override your system.
It supports your natural ability to regulate.
That’s why SRT® is not about one single frequency.
It’s about restoring coherence — which simply means your body’s signals are working together in an organized, stable way.
Understanding the SRT Technology
What exactly does the device emit?
What exactly does the device emit?
Both the NRG Optimizer® and NRG Ally™ contain three internal oscillators that generate a low-level, patterned electromagnetic signal.
This signal reflects the electrical characteristics of healthy cellular function.
It provides a steady, organized reference pattern — allowing your body to recalibrate through resonance.
Does SRT use a single frequency?
Does SRT use a single frequency?
No.
The human body is not a single frequency.
It is a dynamic system of rhythms — heart patterns, brain waves, cellular signaling — all changing throughout the day.
You are not a tuning fork.
You are an orchestra.
Many frequency-based technologies emit one programmed tone intended to stimulate a response.
SRT® works differently.
It introduces a stable reference signal — like placing a steady metronome next to an orchestra that has drifted out of sync.
The metronome doesn’t force a note.
It provides timing and stability.
Each instrument adjusts itself.
In the same way, SRT® provides a steady, organized signal so your own biofield can rebalance.
It does not override your system.
It supports synchronization.
How is SRT different from PEMF, Rife, or frequency-specific devices?
How is SRT different from PEMF, Rife, or frequency-specific devices?
SRT® is not a pulsed electromagnetic therapy (PEMF) device or a Rife frequency generator.
Those technologies typically send out specific programmed frequencies to stimulate a targeted response in the body.
SRT® works differently.
Instead of broadcasting one specific frequency, it introduces a steady reference signal — like the metronome example above — allowing the body to rebalance on its own.
It supports organization, not stimulation.
How strong is the signal?
How strong is the signal?
SRT® operates at a controlled output designed to interact with the body — not overwhelm it. It is strong enough to engage the body’s electrical systems, yet gentle enough to support natural balance.
It does not rely on intensity to create change. It relies on resonance. When systems synchronize through resonance, consistency matters more than power. Its effectiveness comes from steady signaling — not force.
How far does the SRT energy extend?
How far does the SRT energy extend?
NRG Ally™ (focused energy): extends approximately 30 feet
NRG Optimizer® (omnidirectional energy): extends up to a 70-foot radius
This is why many users place the Optimizer near a bed or workstation.
If my body already knows how to regulate itself, why would I need SRT?
If my body already knows how to regulate itself, why would I need SRT?
The body is inherently intelligent. It knows what to do. But modern life places constant demands on it:
- Emotional stress
- Environmental toxins
- Electromagnetic exposure
- Mental and cognitive strain
Over time, those demands can make it harder for the body to regulate efficiently. SRT® does not replace your body’s intelligence. It supports organization when your system is under pressure.
Choosing Between SRT Devices
What is the difference between the NRG Optimizer and the NRG Ally?
What is the difference between the NRG Optimizer and the NRG Ally?
Both devices:
- Contain three oscillators
- Emit a patterned signal reflecting healthy cellular function
- Support recalibration and balance through resonance

If you want broad, whole-field support, choose the NRG Optimizer®.
Placement & Use
Why is the heart the primary placement for SRT devices?
Why is the heart the primary placement for SRT devices?
The heart produces the strongest electrical field in the body and plays a central role in regulating other systems. When the heart is under stress, the body compensates.
Placing the technology over the upper sternum supports this central regulator. When the heart is supported, the whole system benefits.
Place SRT on backup systems. What are “backup systems”?
Place SRT on backup systems. What are “backup systems”?
Backup systems are areas of the body that step in to help when the heart is under stress. When the heart is carrying too much load, other systems work harder to keep everything functioning.
These may include:
- Brain
- Shoulders
- Hips
- Sacrum
- Upper spine (T1–T5)
- Adrenal glands
- Upper abdomen (celiac plexus area)
These areas can act as support structures for overall regulation. Placing the technology on these areas may indirectly support the heart and restore balance.
How long should I use an SRT device?
How long should I use an SRT device?
A single unit may be worn throughout the day. Many people wear one device for extended periods without issue. If you are new to the technology, you may choose to start with shorter sessions simply to observe how your body responds — but this is not required.
When using multiple units (for example, a multi-NRG Optimizer belt), begin gradually and increase over time.
If using the device during sleep, allow normal airflow around it, just as you would with any small electronic device.
Does an NRG Optimizer or NRG Ally need to touch my skin?
Does an NRG Optimizer or NRG Ally need to touch my skin?
No. It may be placed directly on skin or over clothing.
Which side of the NRG Optimizer faces the body?
Which side of the NRG Optimizer faces the body?
NRG Optimizer®:
Place the light side toward the body and the battery side facing outward.
NRG Ally™:
Aim the small light on the end directly into the area you are supporting.
If the device is lying flat on the body, position it so the light points downward when placed on the front of the body, and upward when placed on the back.
Can I use SRT technology on injuries?
Can I use SRT technology on injuries?
Yes.
It may be placed over areas of physical strain or trauma to support balance in that region. When the body is organized and regulated, it can do what it was designed to do — repair and restore. SRT® supports that process. It does not replace it.
Can I wear SRT technology while driving or sleeping?
Can I wear SRT technology while driving or sleeping?
Yes.
The device does not cause drowsiness or impair alertness, so it may be worn while driving.
Many people also use it during sleep. If using it overnight, allow normal airflow around the device, just as you would with any small electronic item.
Organ Flushing & Focused Use
Why is the NRG Ally sometimes used for organ-related reflex areas?
Why is the NRG Ally sometimes used for organ-related reflex areas?
In Contact Reflex Analysis® (CRA®), specific areas of the body are associated with organ function and regulation.
When a practitioner identifies stress in an organ system, the NRG Ally™ may be placed over the corresponding reflex area to introduce a stable reference signal in that region.
Because the NRG Ally™ provides focused energy, it allows for precise placement when working with these specific zones.
This approach is sometimes referred to in CRA® as “organ flushing.” It does not act directly on the organ. Rather, it supports regulatory balance in the reflex area associated with that system.
Why aim SRT into the belly button?
Why aim SRT into the belly button?
In Contact Reflex Analysis® (CRA®), the area around the belly button is associated with lymphatic reflexes and digestive regulation. Because the NRG Ally™ provides focused energy, it is often placed there to support balance in that region.
In children, this is commonly the first placement used when they are experiencing a stomachache.
The goal is not to treat the symptoms directly, but to support regulation in systems connected to digestion and fluid movement.
Why would someone use SRT on teeth?
Why would someone use SRT on teeth?
In several holistic traditions — including meridian-based and reflex models — specific teeth are associated with broader systems in the body.
In these frameworks, the mouth and jaw are seen as connected to regulatory pathways that influence other regions.
Because the NRG Ally™ provides focused energy, it allows precise placement toward specific teeth or jaw areas when someone wants to support those associated patterns.
The goal is not dental treatment, but support of balance in the broader systems connected through those reflex relationships.
Emotional Regulation & Nervous System Support
Can SRT help regulate emotions?
Can SRT help regulate emotions?
Emotional stress affects heart rhythm patterns and nervous system tone.
The heart plays a central role in regulation. When it is supported, many other systems begin to settle.
For this reason, placing the NRG Optimizer® over the upper sternum (heart area) is often the first step when someone is feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and other holistic models, emotions are also associated with specific organ systems. These associations are not viewed as psychological diagnoses, but as patterns of regulation within the body.
Common examples include:
- Liver — frustration, anger
- Lungs — grief, sadness
- Kidneys — fear
- Spleen/Stomach — worry, overthinking
- Heart — joy, agitation, restlessness
When someone is working with emotional patterns connected to these systems, the NRG Ally™ may be aimed toward the corresponding organ region for focused support.
A common approach is:
- Lay the NRG Optimizer® over the heart to support overall regulation.
- Use the NRG Ally™ to introduce focused energy toward specific organ areas.
If you only have one SRT® device, that is perfectly fine. Start with the heart. Supporting the central regulator often allows the system to rebalance more broadly.
SRT® does not suppress emotions. It supports steadiness and organization so emotions can move and process more naturally.
Can SRT help during grief or heartbreak?
Can SRT help during grief or heartbreak?
Grief and emotional pain don’t just affect the mind — they influence breathing patterns, heart rhythm, sleep, and nervous system balance.
Because the heart plays a central role in regulation, placing SRT® over the upper sternum can support steadiness during emotionally intense periods.
It does not erase emotion. It supports the body while it processes those emotions.
Will SRT help me sleep?
Will SRT help me sleep?
SRT is not a sleep aid.
However, sleep is strongly influenced by nervous system balance and heart rhythm patterns.
When the body is better regulated, many people notice they fall asleep more easily or experience more settled rest.
Placing the device over the upper sternum (heart area) in the evening is a common approach when someone feels wired or overstimulated.
SRT does not force sleep. It supports the body’s ability to regulate — and sleep often follows regulation.
Safety
Are there side effects when using the NRG Optimizer or NRG Ally?
Are there side effects when using the NRG Optimizer or NRG Ally?
With a single unit, overuse is unlikely. The signal is gentle and designed to support balance.
Occasionally, someone may feel a little tired, slightly lightheaded, notice a mild headache, or experience slight nausea. When this happens, it is usually related to the body adjusting its internal patterns.
The nervous system, circulation, and fluid balance are constantly adapting. When the body begins reorganizing — even gently — those systems may shift temporarily. As patterns change, hydration and blood sugar demands can increase slightly, especially if you have not eaten or had enough water.
In most cases, these sensations are simply signs that your system needs support.
If you notice discomfort:
- Shorten your session
- Drink water
- Eat something nourishing
- Rest and allow your body to settle
When using multiple units (such as several devices at once), begin gradually and increase over time.
Most sensations are mild and temporary and resolve quickly with hydration and food.
How can I minimize side effects?
How can I minimize side effects?
- Eat before use
- Stay hydrated
- Support with vitamins and minerals
- Rest if needed
If symptoms occur, pause use and replenish resources.
Is SRT technology safe with a pacemaker?
Is SRT technology safe with a pacemaker?
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted cardiac device, do not place SRT® directly over the implant site.
Many practitioners recommend placing the device on other areas of the body — such as the shoulders, upper spine, hips, sacrum, abdomen, hands, or feet — instead of near the implant.
Because every situation is unique, we recommend speaking with your physician before using the technology if you have an implanted medical device.
Is SRT safe for pets?
Is SRT safe for pets?
Yes.
The NRG Optimizer® and NRG Ally™ may be used around animals, as its field extends into the surrounding space. Many pets naturally gravitate toward it and seem to enjoy being nearby.
You may place the device in the room or gently rest it over your pet’s chest if they are comfortable with that. As always, observe their behavior and adjust placement as needed.
Batteries, Troubleshooting & Warranty
